Room by Room loads: (Includes up to two HVAC systems, two zones* each and equipment selected and suggested typical ** ductwork layout)
We have always included two HVAC systems with two zones in a typical house. With the rise of popularity of ductless /ducted heat pumps, we are seeing houses with 10 or more zones.
Each zone requires creating the zone, drawing in the zone HVAC equipment, selecting the correct HVAC unit that matches the Manual J & S reports. Then the CFM’s can be added. Each zone adds four pages to a report.
These zones will be invoiced as follows:
Additional zones: add $30.00 each
Floorplans:
If you need a Manual D report, then you must supply a detailed floorplan with dimensions of each room. If you cannot provide this and we must take the time to look up the property on the real estate sites, then you will be invoiced for our time at $135.00 per hour.
Changes and/or corrections: We will allow a two-week time period after the publish date of the report for making changes or corrections.
After that any requested work will be invoiced at our normal rate of $135.00 an hour.

Florida Energy Code Compliance reports with any Room-by-Room report, add $125
Projects are approved, then pre-paid thru PayPal before reports are processed. Monthly volume and invoicing is available for contractors, net 15 days.
Heat load requests beyond the scope of our normal working hours are doubled in Price. Projects with duplicated or reversed floorplans receive a 20% discount.
